Where is my order?
There are no updates while your order is processing. After making a purchase on our website and uploading your government ID to verify the order, it will take 14–21 Canadian business days to process (excluding sale and holiday periods). Once your order is processed, we will send you photos and videos to confirm the order before shipping it out.

Do you ship internationally?

How much hair do I need?
The amount of hair you need depends on your specific preferences. We recommend booking an online consultation so we can assess your hair and provide guidance.
For sew-ins and wigs, you typically need about 3 bundles of hair. However, this may vary depending on your head size and desired look.
What curl pattern should I get?
Our hair appears different when wet, dry, or styled with/without product. To find the best match for your desired curl pattern, we recommend booking a 10-minute virtual consultation.
Where is Dolce Rosa located?
Dolce Rosa is a borderless brand! We host pop-up shops internationally, mainly in Houston, California, and Dubai.
Our salon in Toronto is located near High Park.
How much will everything cost?
The total cost depends on various factors. For an exact quote, please book a consultation or explore our website for more details.
How much is custom color?
Custom color starts at $100 CAD per bundle. However, the price may vary depending on the desired look. Please email customer service for an exact quote.
How do I custom color my extensions?
First, purchase blonde bundles on our website. Then, email customer service immediately to add custom color to your order. If you don't email, you will receive blonde hair as is.
What is the email response time?

Returns & Exchanges
All orders online are required to be confirmed via email and with a valid government ID before items are shipped out.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
We do not offer refunds. However, if a customer requests a
refund or fails to confirm their order promptly after it has been
processed, they may be eligible for online store credit. The credit
provided will reflect the total amount of the order minus a 15%
restocking fee.
Please note that eligibility for store credit is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Returns and exchanges will not be permitted for mis measurements of
wig size. All #rosebuds (customers) must be sure to follow our
guidelines correctly, and measure their heads accordingly to get their
right wig size. We hold no responsibility to measure your head nor provide equipment for it.
If at any circumstance, we make an exception to our no refund policy
and provide a store credit; a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total. This is inclusive and not limited to requesting a refund
after a purchase is made or failing to verify your order with valid
government I.D or lastly opening a fraudulent chargeback.
If a chargeback is opened all future orders will be considered
fraudulent and will be cancelled immediately. A 15% restock fee will be deducted from all canceled/refunded orders.
In the case where a customer opens a fraudulent chargeback and we win
the dispute you’re only eligible for up to a 50% refund. This is a case
by case matter and you will informed what you’re eligible for.
When purchasing a wig you should have a measuring tape accessible.

We do quality checks on all hair orders, but there are times where
bad seeds/ batches do get shipped out to us. If ever an issue arises,
you must email our customer service email within 72 hours of receiving your order, and at our discretion we may offer up to 25% off your next purchase this does not apply to items purchased on sale (at a discounted price) nor can it be combined with any other promotions. The items must
be sent back at customers expense being in the same condition as
received; tags still attached, unused, uncut and unaltered meaning no combing, hair dying, washing or heat styling. Photo and video proof is required if your email is not sent within 3 business days of receiving your order your issue can not be resolved. We do not offer any exchanges or returns on cut lace or used hair extensions. If booking an
appointment with hair we do not provide, the hair must be brand new. We only colour Dolce Rosa bundles and nothing else. Eyelash extensions that have been worn or cut will not be returned or exchanged. All fur slides are 100% real fur, once received the fur may be flattened due to packaging, please shake it to help fluff out. All sales are final exchange only for sizing. To be eligible for an exchange your item must
be unworn, in the same condition you bought it ,and with all original
tags and packaging. Please follow the return process in the beginning of this paragraph if need be.
Our Luxury Blonde hair is professionally processed to reach this high level of blonde. Due to the nature of the hair, it is very high
maintenance. Please take excellent care of the hair as it is more prone
to dryness, shedding & tangling. Please refrain from excessively hot
weather 24 degrees Celsius, salt water and swimming pools. HD lace is not for long term use.
Our Virgin Indian straight hair is a “natural” straight which may
have a slight wave/ curl to it. When air dried you may experience this,
it is normal & will get bone straight when heat styled. All virgin
Indian waves/curls/coils; type 2b-4c should be treated with great care.You can not go a week without detangling, shampooing & deep
conditioning. Sleeping with your hair extensions wet will result in your hair tangling which we are not liable for. Daily upkeep/ refreshers are required. HD lace is very thin and fragile and does not have a long
lifespan, not recommended for everyday use, extra work is required to upkeep.
Processing Time & Shipping
1) Your billing and shipping address should match the associated
address on your credit card. Failure to do so will result in your order
being cancelled.
2) Expedited shipping through Canada Post delivery carrier that require signature confirmation upon package acceptance.
3) Shipping requires 3-10 business days for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and
tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our
facilities. Delays may occur. Please note that once packages are received by Canada Post, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the Canada Post, postal services.
4) All merchandise, ErickaJ products and eyelash items have a 3-14 business day processing time. On hand hair processes within 3-5
business days and will be shipped out through Canada post with a
tracking number and a signature required to receive your order. Custom wig, hair extensions, and lace pieces (frontal / closures) orders have a 14-21 business days processing time and will be shipped out at the end of the processing period through Canada post with a tracking number and a signature required to receive your order. We are not liable for duty and custom fees.
5) Shipping occurs after the processing time is completed with I.D and written email confirmation.
6) We do not offer refunds. However, if a customer requests a
refund or fails to confirm their order promptly after it has been
processed, they may be eligible for online store credit. The credit
